Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Hong Eun-Zo (Nam Ji-Hyun) is a physician and the thief named Gil-Dong. She was born between a nobleman and a woman of the lowest class. Hong Eun-Zo takes care of patients at Hyeminseo during the day and, as Gil-Dong, raids the treasuries of corrupt officials to save people during the night. One day, an unexpected incident takes place to Hong Eun-Zo. Due to that, she becomes entangled by fate with Prince Lee Yeol (Moon Sang-Min), who is the younger stepbrother of the king.
Prince Lee Yeol is a handsome man, tall in stature, and possesses innate dignity. He seems to have an easygoing life, like walking around the streets, but he enjoys performing police officer like actions, like catching criminals and telling the eunuchs and court ladies in the royal palace about what he did. While his actions are misunderstood, everything is meticulously planned Prince Lee Yeol to protect his people. He hides his true abilities, under the guise of a hobby, but, by fate, he happens to encounter thief Gil-Dong and is captivated by her.
