The award show focuses on drama series that are distributed by various OTT platforms. This evenings big winners was Netflix drama series “When Life Gives You Tangerines,” which won the top “Daesang Grand Prize,” “Best Actress” award for IU, and “Best Supporting Actress” award for Yum Hye-Ran. Also receiving top awards was Netflix drama series “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call,” which won “Best Drama,” “Best Actor” for Ju Ji-Hoon, and “Best New Actor” for Choo Young-Woo.

She is a highly respected doctor, but, unknown publicly, she is also the head of an illegal adoption organization that is run by Jung Hyeon (Kim Jin-Young). Kim Se-Hee holds a twisted belief that only superior genes should survive. In the case of a child that is adopted through their illegal operation and does not meet the adoptive parents’ expectations, Kim Se-Hee’s group provides a free refund for a certain period of time. When a child is returned by the adoptive parents, Kim Se-Hee’s organization kills the child to destroy evidence of their crime. Kim A-Hyeon (Won Jin-A) was one of the refunded children, but Kim A-Hyeon dramatically survived. Now, she is the leader and a spiritual supporter of the survived children. Teaser trailer and release date set for movie “Blonde” starring Takanori Iwata, Tamaki Shiratori, & Mugi Kadowaki. Movie is written and directed by Yuichiro Sakashita (“The Sunday Runoff“). The teaser trailer begins with Takanori Iwata as high school teacher Ichikawa stating “This is not a story about blonde hair, it’s my personal story.”

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Ichikawa (Takanori Iwata) is a teacher at a public middle school. Two incidents occur that changes his life greatly. One is that his students come to school with their hair dyed blonde in protest against the school rules. The other problem is that his girlfriend Akasaka (Mugi Kadowaki) begins to ask him about marriage. He thinks that getting married at the age of 30 is too soon and he has never even thought about getting married. The blonde hair incident at his school becomes publicized through the internet. The commotion becomes much bigger and gains the attention of the Board of Education, Ministry of Education, and even the Prime Minister.
