Satoshi Tsumabuki is cast in TBS drama series “The Royal Family.” The drama series, that revolves around horse racing, is based on 2019 novel “The Royal Family” by Kazumasa Hayami. Actor Satoshi Tsumabuki previously starred in 2018 WOWOW drama series “Innocent Days.” that is also based on a novely by Kazumasa Hayami. Filming for the “The Royal Family” will take place at a real race track and have the full cooperation of the Japan Racing Association.
“The Royal Family” will first air October, 2025 in Japan.
Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Eiji Kurisu (Satoshi Tsumabuki) is a certified tax accountant. He respects his father, who runs a tax accountant’s office. Dreaming to work with his father, Eiji Kurisu has worked at a major tax accounting firm and he has broadened his work. Due to an incident, he experiences frustration.
