Mugi Kadowaki & Ryuto Sakuma are cast in WOWOW drama series “Nagatan to Ao to 2.” Drama series is a sequel to 2023 WOWOW drama series “Nagatan to Ao to” and based on manga series “Nagatan to Ao to: Ichika no Ryoricho” by Yuki Isoya. Story for “Nagatan to Ao to 2” will be set immediately after season 1 ended. Mugi Kadowaki & Ryuto Sakuma played married couple Ichika Kuwanoki and Amane Yamaguchi. As they work together to revive Ichika Kuwanoki’s restaurant Kuwanoki, they face new difficulties.

Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: Story is set immediately after season 1 of “Nagatan to Ao to.” Amane Yamaguchi’s (Ryuto Sakuma) 2nd old brother Sakae shows up. His appearance brings another challenge to restaurant Kuwanoki, which has began to recover from financial difficulties. As they face adversity, the bond of Ichika Kuwanoki (Mugi Kadowaki) and Amane Yamaguchi, who have been married for one year, is tested.
