Plot Synopsis by AsianWiki: 4 years have passed since Ryohei Arisu (Kento Yamazaki) and Yuzuha Usagi (Tao Tsuchiya) completed the games in Borderland and they are now back in their world. They are married and live happily as a couple. One day, Yuzuha Usagi suddenly disappears. Led by a man named Ryuji, who obsessively researches about the afterlife, Yuzuha Usagi set off her own journey to Borderland. Ryohei Arisu becomes desperate. At that time, Banda (Hayato Isomura), who has become a citizen of Borderland, appears in front of Ryohei Arisu and informs him of his wife’s whereabouts. Ryohei Arisu once again steps into Borderland and he risks his life to get Yuzuha Usagi back.
